🚨BREAKING: Trump propaganda channel OAN has been SLAMMED with a defamation lawsuit by Smartmatic, who is accusing them of soliciting “stolen” passwords from hackers. 

According to court records, Smartmatic accuses OAN specifically of acquiring hacked log-in information of Smartmatic employees from an anonymous source, and forwarding those materials to Trump lawyer Sidney Powell. 

Emails obtained by CNN reveal that OAN President Charles Herring thanked the anonymous source, told them to send more, and then sent the spreadsheet of passwords to Powell for use by the Trump campaign. 

Smartmatic's attorneys blasted the move as “a crime, not a privileged communication,” saying “This communication is one person providing illegally obtained information to another person.”
