@SKJobe_ On the contrary, the central thesis in the second book, by Richard Rothstein, is that in fact, with compelling evidence huh, that racism and the suppression of Black professionals, including housing, was a deliberate design of US government policy and law!

@SKJobe_ I chanced on a book by Mark Ginenez “the color of law”, so recently when I saw another book of similar title, I picked it up thinking it would have the same thesis as the one by Mark, being that “green” the color for the $100 bill is the same color as the law.

@SKJobe_ Mate, Justice Brown Jackson is not the first black to be judge of the US Supreme Court. She is the first black lady. You’ve a point regarding how this all feels like celebrating a favor- she earned it! But context is important in everything. I remember back in undergrads ..
