No updates on the Hive front. It's a pity the community can't use this building when we are starved for space.
We have sought the intervention of our local MP @TulipSiddiq and of the local councillors from @CamdenLabour
Sadly we've not heard back... @NewJournal

We also asked @CamdenCouncil and to grant us access to an adjacent building in @AA_Estate (The Hive), long left abandoned (and also broken into and trashed last year https://t.co/Y2gtApSobm ). But our requests seem to have fallen on deaf ears 😔 @TulipSiddiq

An update on our Tenants' Hall: some repairs have taken place but there is more work to be done and a deep clean is needed. All our classes remain cancelled. For the first time in many years we won't be open for @openhouselondon @EnglishHeritage @NewJournal

It's now 20 days since our beautiful (grade II* listed) Tenants' Hall was broken into and vandalised (twice), and unfortunately we cannot yet resume our normal meetings and activities for our community and our youth.

Tenants & residents tell @CamdenCouncil that the planned works on our heating and hot water system are ill thought, unaffordable, environmentally unsound and will damage our listed building. We need better than this.

@SingleAspect @NewJournal @docomomouk Plan to use existing 4 gas boilers without doing the necessary work to upgrade them, bring new pipework into each flat (destroying listed features and losing over 380mm from our living room floorspace) and install an HIU in bedroom against advice of manufacturer.

Very special to welcome Little Amal on to our estate and into our park yesterday. She'd led an Easter egghunt with local children and was serenaded by musicians. A beautiful event.

Fantastic event on Rowley Way today. Little Amal walked up the length of the estate surrounded by local residents, singers and musicians. Then took the kids off for an Easter egg hunt in our park.
