@NOW this is my broadband speed right now. It is that slow I cannot even get onto your website to try to fix it, I am paying for super fibre with guaranteed 16.7 mbps

@NOWHelpTeam They keep telling me I am getting 20mbps but I am clearly not, could this be anything to do with the slow connection and ability to cancel the contract. It has been this way since day one. An engineer should have been coming out during the first fortnight but never came

@NOWHelpTeam It's the broadband speed, I pay for the fastest package and the pictures above show the speed I am getting after switching to the best channel. As I am sure you will agree it isn't acceptable as literally nothing works without WiFi in the home
