Just days after featuring at the World Cup, the South African player was found dead at his home.

The Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder had reportedly been going through a difficult period following the death of his grandmother and growing media pressure.

The night before his death, he is said to have had a serious argument with his partner. The following morning, he reportedly called his father and said: “Dad, I can’t take it anymore.”
