Those who follow the political persecution Zelensky started against me probably remember that I was originally sent to prison because of the Burisma and Hunter Biden case.

Zelensky accused me of helping Trump @realDonaldTrump because I talked about Burisma’s corrupt deals and, by doing so, discredited Biden as a U.S. presidential candidate.
And Burisma itself - the company that put Hunter Biden on its board and paid him $1 million a year - was supposedly completely clean and innocent.

But a new memo of The White House Transparency Task Force @WhiteHouse , declassified on President Trump’s request, shows that the U.S. knew very well what Burisma was and who its owner, Zlochevsky, was.

In November 2016, Deputy Assistant Secretary of State George Kent wrote in internal State Department emails that the Americans had tried to seize $23 million belonging to Zlochevsky from a British bank. But Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yarema and his deputy Danylenko had closed all the cases against Zlochevsky in December 2014 for a $7 million bribe (see the documents).

In the same email, Kent said Vice President Biden should be warned that having his son Hunter on Burisma’s board “undermines the anti-corruption message we are advancing in Ukraine.”
So the State Department knew about the corruption risks around Hunter Biden and Burisma as early as February 2015 - long before my press conference in October 2019!

But the Bidens chose Zelensky and his money. And then, with the help of the deep state, they called everyone who talked about it a “Russian disinformation agent” - including Rudy Giuliani @RudyGiuliani and President Trump @realDonaldTrump

But here’s the real paradox.
They are trying to convict me of “treason” in Ukraine based on the testimony of a witness in my case - an alcoholic who claims that Derkach told him I was working for Russian intelligence.
According to the case files, he didn’t even have Derkach’s phone number.

But it gets even crazier.
I’m sitting in prison already for 3 years because of words that Derkach - now a Russian senator and Hero of Russia - supposedly told this alcoholic who was himself convicted of treason in Ukraine and is now serving time.

A Ukrainian court is using an alcoholic witness’s unconfirmed retelling of what a Russian senator supposedly said as the basis for accusing me of treason.

What is Zelensky hoping for?
A lucky break, obviously.
Maybe the Democrats win, take the Senate and the House, get enough votes to override Trump’s veto. Maybe Putin dies. Or maybe something happens to Trump and JD Vance takes over - and then has to listen to Congress if he wants to win the presidency in 2028.

That’s basically Zelensky’s whole strategy: keep the war going and wait. Something has to happen sooner or later, right?
But Parkinson’s Law says that when you leave a problem alone, it usually gets worse. And that’s exactly what has been happening.

Just compare Zelensky at his peak in 2023 to where he is today.
Look at Ukraine’s relationship with the U.S. Look at the front.
Look at the resources Ukraine had then and what it has now.
Look at the economy and the situation inside the country.

It’s all clearly heading toward disaster.

So when Trump is trying to stop the war now, he is doing it not only because he wants to stop people from dying. He also sees where this is going.

If Ukraine collapses because of Zelensky’s stupidity and stubbornness, Russia wins - and doesn’t have to “pay” the U.S. anything for that victory.

So from Trump’s point of view, it makes more sense to make a deal with the Kremlin now, before Russia gets what it wants on its own. That way, the U.S. can still get something out of the deal.

If Trump believes he already knows how this war ends, then it makes sense to “sell” Putin today what he might get for free tomorrow.
And if Zelensky is standing in the way of that deal, then he is standing in the way of U.S. interests.

Sooner or later, the U.S. may decide that Zelensky has to go.

Zelensky is giving interviews everywhere.
He doesn’t directly reveal the details of peace negotiations with the Americans, but if you read between the lines, the picture is pretty clear.

It looks like Zelensky was asked to accept Ukraine’s neutrality and give up NATO membership, fully or partly recognize Russian control over the occupied territories, and reduce the size of the Ukrainian army.

There is one exception: Ukraine could keep its current army if the EU pays for it - around €1.5 billion a month. Zelensky wants this funding guaranteed for 10 years, which would cost the EU €180 billion.

At the same time, Zelensky refuses to accept neutrality. He also refuses to discuss recognizing Crimea, Donbas, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions as Russian territory.

He is also not willing to “trade” Donbas for a Russian withdrawal from the Mykolaiv, Sumy and Kharkiv regions.

But he wants a ceasefire at sea and in the energy sector. What he is offering in return is completely unclear.

This is the classic Leninist strategy of “one step forward, two steps back.” Zelensky’s handlers have been using it successfully since May 2025, when Zelensky supposedly agreed to a ceasefire but added conditions that Russia would never accept.

Now he has agreed to stop attacks on Russian oil refineries but rejected the rest of the U.S. demands. This helped him reduce some of Trump’s pressure.

At the same time, he has put forward his own list of demands. He can slowly back away from them while staying in power and continuing the war.

Only radical action from the U.S. or Russia can change the situation.
Zelensky is betting that neither will happen.

Деніс Штилерман та Скаліга Єгор, який був Генеральним директором 5 років, залишаються засновниками з частками 97,5% та 2,5%.

За загальним правилом засновники (учасники) товариства з обмеженою відповідальністю не відповідають за його боргами та зобов'язаннями. Їхній фінансовий ризик обмежений вартістю частин, що належать їм, у статутному капіталі компанії. Статутний капітал ТОВ "ФАЙЄР ПОІНТ" складає 12 млн. грн. Смішна сума. За словами Штілермана, дохід компанії в 2025 році склав 29,4 мільярда гривень. Йому буде на що зустріти старість.
Штилерман стільки всього наобіцяв Україні, що йому вже час валити з країни. А сидітиме мать бєтона, майже комсомолка та симпатична дівчина Ірина Терех.
