Reflecting on an amazing week at #AGU23! It was an honor to give an invited talk on my research, which tracked the flow of food, energy, and water from watersheds to US cities. We also explored the role of infrastructure in mitigating water scarcity risk through the supply chain.

The best part about this job is getting to work alongside & mentor students. We had our first group retreat this fall to welcome 6 new grad students to our group after 5 graduated in the spring. Excited to teach and learn from these bright folks!

I also presented our work on interbasin water transfers at #EWRI2022. This research is being led by @AB_Siddik_ , a PhD student in my group. Soon, we will share a national inventory and mapping of interbasin water transfers in the US. Be on the lookout!
