Tolerance? That's not good enough. Acceptance isn't good enough either. Let's appreciate and celebrate how our differences enrich our lives!

"I imagine one of the reasons people cling to their hates so stubbornly is because they sense, once hate is gone, they will be forced to deal with pain." - James Baldwin

@Beyonce Please, please, can we add “Lift Ev’ry Voice and Sing” to @TMobile CallerTunes for February?? 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿

You know what holds you back? It's not opportunities or education... it's the stories you tell yourself about what's possible, about your gifts and strengths and who's there to support you. #life #leadership #success

Imagine: starting your career without the burden of college debt. What a leg up for these deserving grads! 🖤🎓🙌🏿

Robert F. Smith is the richest Black person in the U.S. He just pledged to pay all 400 @Morehouse graduating class members’ remaining student loans. What he has just unlocked will reverberate for DECADES if not more.

Even if I never meet him, I will be forever grateful to him.

When you plan a surprise day party for Mom’s 50th & forget to set up logistics to get her to the venue on time so she’s totally off schedule & needs redirecting. Then the dress you planned to wear no longer fits so you have to pull out the old faithful LBD. What a morning!!! 😂🎉

Just realized I’m only $200/paycheck away from maxing my TSP. I’m bumping my allocation by 1 percent every three months until I get there. Ready to cross that goal off my list! #GetRichSlowScheme

Increased diversity leads to increased profits. Hiring for diversity isn’t a bad business move!

.@Oprah’s #MasterClass teaches that no matter how different someone appears to be, if you listen to them long enough, you’ll find a thread of commonality. #HumanRace

I LOVE how @netflix changed the entertainment landscape by introducing diverse characters and stories, and sharing them with us in a reimagined way. I cut cable to save money, but I’m savoring the vast benefit of being entertained outside of the usual characters and storylines.

@Rene050705 @NRobertsHR ☹️☹️☹️ Younger folks just don’t realize how precious that time is. You can’t get it back.

[Michaela Hall @ABetterMichaela]

@Rene050705 @NRobertsHR Phubbing. I see it all the time and I’ve been guilty of it. It took practice to press pause on what was going on before to focus on the person speaking.

[Michaela Hall @ABetterMichaela]

@Rene050705 @NRobertsHR Take a read for more context. Her thoughts resonated with me, although I can understand your point of view. https://t.co/DXNEW7UY6h
