@WeFix_UK states on their website - Your personal content remains 100% secure. It will neither be accessed or copied. - What a joke. My phone is broken by them and they do not take responsibility for it just offered £40 which does not even cover the phone.

Thinking to fix your phone? DO NOT use @WeFix_UK as you will end up like me and having to buy a new phone. The company does not take ownership for the damage part. @SamsungUK @SamsungMobile

@WeFix_UK has refused to take ownership for the fault for putting a damaged battery into my phone which killed the motherboard. @SamsungUK @EE I hope you would not recommend this company who uses damaged parts to 'fix' phones. They should not operate and provide services.

just to add @WeFix_UK had to come back 4 times as they never had the right part for the phone which they broke, there is no communication internally. They are really awful company and do not trust them to fix your phone!!!

Experience with @WeFix_UK who suppose to fix your phone. They have inserted a damaged battery which killed the phone motherboard. They refused to take liability and offered £5 for the inconvenience. Please DO NOT use @WeFix_UK as they will used damaged parts
