🚨BREAKING🚨 By a vote of 21-1, workers at the ACLU of Illinois have overwhelmingly voted to join @NOLSW2320, @UAW Local 2320!

This process began in June 2021. Now, we're eager to win our first union contract and bring @ACLUofIL's commitment to labor rights to our own workplace.

📢Labor day news:📢 ACLU-IL Staff United will be striking starting at 8am tomorrow, in protest of @ACLUofIL management’s refusal to accept the NLRB’s settlement agreement. We are outraged at their refusal to pay us the wages the federal government agrees we are owed.

Mgmt at @ACLUofIL has been found GUILTY of the unfair labor practice charge we filed regarding their refusal to give us annual pay raises since unionization in 2021. Even so, management has rejected NLRB’s proposed settlement, saying they did nothing wrong. Shameful!
