We’ve now had several missed appointments and expectations are not being managed. Customer service advisors are ill informed, rude and just fobbing us off.
How do we escalate to get the issue resolved?
We can’t seem to get directed to manager.

@virginmedia Hi, a new fibre needs pulled because it was damaged by workmen round the corner from us. No idea why that wasn’t possible when they visited on Monday and that was the reason for the visit!
Sounds like your bread and butter but feels like it’s asking the impossible!

Could have been resolved last week, as it’s a new fibre required since @inverclyde workmen cut through them as suspected.

@virginmedia @virginmedia our broadband is still down more than 7 days later. Customer service is appalling and customer service reps flat out lie when you call them. Can’t speak to a manager. Engineers haven’t turned up twice. The time they did turn up they left without resolving the issue

@virginmedia PA19 1TG. We’ve booked an engineer as that seemed to be the only option. Coincidentally perhaps there was work round the corner digging up around where the fibre it routed…

@ministryoftest loved the multi-track format of #TestBash was great to be able to pick and choose. 99 minute workshops also worked better for me than the usual half day, let me attend more and not quite as intense
