@KingsCollegeLon thought about one of your online courses. You’re not the cheapest for a masters, but ok. I was interested. Got a call from one of your advisors today. Within 2 minutes made me feel like I was useless. I ended the call as they put me off.

@virginmedia - raise a complaint and try to call you guys (as per your email) but nobody will let me speak to you. Also I love how you claim to have tried to contact me 10 mins before the complaint was raised. Time travel is real, apparently
@JustEatUK worst company ever. Order something. Is totally wrong. Report it. Not asked for any pics. But nothing to be done.

@HiveHelper how can we get support - cannot login to your website, just days “an unexpected error occurred” - and the “support pages” are next to useless - all they tell me about is how to create an account!
@HiveHelper I give up. You no longer support the site but have it so folk can use it. And you’re not exactly a top not h support service given how long this has been going on

@SamsungUK worst support ever for your home appliances. Forced to use an online portal, which eventually gets you to a person who disconnects. On second attempt get fobbed off with an escalation who will call back in 24-48 hours. When that call comes, get told wait another 24-48!
Buy a @LandRover_UK they said. What they didn’t say was yearly issues. Parts supply issues and the warranty which leaves you abandoned. Shocking service and you pay for it!!!
@nationaltyres - emailed about an issue with booking - Ignored. Called help desk - was hung up on after waiting 12 mins for someone to answer. Emailed customer services and no reply. What terrible service !!
Shockingly bad service from @nationaltyres - poor systems, wasters time and when trying to contact was ignored. Called and was hung up on. This is absolutely shocking!
