Mind you, I cancelled the order after 5+ tickets raised on the app and with no executive even assigned. Let’s presume it’s fair to charge a cancellation fee. But since when did it become okay for @Swiggy @harshamjty to absorb the entire ₹1,100 in the name of cancellation!

I raised multiple tickets, kept getting redirected to bots with no clarity other than “delay in assigning an executive due to unforeseen circumstances”. After feeling helpless, I finally cancelled the order because there was no movement.
