WIS 21 Between 3rd Ave & County Hwy G

Detour: EB WIS 21 will be directed to WIS 13 S to WIS 82 E to US 39 N back to WIS 21. Westbound in reverse. Hard closure will be placed at these intersections allowing local access to these local routes.
