सविनय निवेदन है कि नोएडा क्षेत्र के उक्त स्थान पर कुछ दिन पूर्व एक अत्यंत गंभीर दुर्घटना घटित हुई थी, जिससे भारी क्षति हुई। यह क्षेत्र अत्यंत संवेदनशील है, क्योंकि यहाँ प्रतिदिन हजारों बच्चे एवं छात्र खेलकूद तथा अन्य बाह्य गतिविधियों के लिए आवागमन करते हैं।

वर्तमान में संबंधित मार्ग पर न तो समुचित फेंसिंग की व्यवस्था है और न ही सड़क की स्थिति संतोषजनक है। मार्ग पर गड्ढे एवं अव्यवस्थित सतह के कारण निरंतर दुर्घटना की आशंका बनी रहती है। जानकारी लेने पर ज्ञात हुआ कि सिंचाई विभाग इस विषय को प्राधिकरण के अधीन बता रहा है तथा प्राधिकरण इसे सिंचाई विभाग के अधिकार क्षेत्र का विषय बता रहा है, जिसके कारण समस्या का समाधान अब तक लंबित है।

अतः आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है कि जनहित एवं विद्यार्थियों की सुरक्षा को सर्वोपरि मानते हुए इस विषय को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर संज्ञान में लिया जाए तथा संबंधित विभागों के मध्य समन्वय स्थापित कर शीघ्रातिशीघ्र आवश्यक फेंसिंग एवं सड़क मरम्मत कार्य कराने हेतु निर्देश प्रदान करने की कृपा करें।
