PREOPANC RCT @DPCG_official #ASCO18 #pancsm. After 142/176 needed events: ITT survival improved with neoadj CRT in resectable #PancreaticCancer (13.5 vs. 17.1 months; R0 doubled (31% vs. 65%), despite less resections 72% vs 62%. After resection OS: 16.8 ve 29.9 months.
