One of Monty Williams’ mantras is, “I’m not calling you out, I’m calling you up.”

Think of accountability as being called up, not out.

If someone is holding you accountable, it’s because they know you’re capable of more.

Rise up to being called up.

Prospects:
Coaches are evaluating more than basketball. Roadblocks in recruiting:
1. Entitlement
2. Selfishness
3. Laziness
4. Poor body language
5. Bad attitude

Lost a tough one in the Elite Eight today to the team that ended up winning it all so I’ve gotta say this was a great weekend. To finish in the top 8 out of 84 teams is a great feat. @ADELITETX basketball is still here and we not going anywhere. #AllDay @ADELITETX @TBScouts

Every game was a battle and every game they did just that! I’ll take each one of these boys on the road with me ANY day! Lost in the 2nd round to a tough AL team with a 6’8 kid 👀. They held their own and slowed him down for sure. Great weekend in NOLA. @ADELITETX

This weekend was a productive start to the season, a lot of highs & lows. This program was built off of hard work & dedication which will never change no matter the situation. We have a group of talented young kids that just need to be taught & as AAU programs that’s our job.#TRU
