"Women that are in their most vulnerable state, staying at domestic violence shelters and prisons, who have nowhere else to go—this bill is making sure that those women are protected."
Thank you, @GovBillLee, for signing SB0468 into law for Tennessee women's privacy and safety.
Iowa Governor @KimReynoldsIA has recently signed legislation protecting conscience rights for medical professionals, 1A rights for K-12 students, and religious freedom.
ADF's @DougRichey explains.
Public employees in Louisiana cannot be forced to abandon their religious convictions and participate in gender ideology. Thank you, @LAGovJeffLandry, for signing HB 1137 into law. ADF's Sarah Beth Nolan explains.
🚨Women’s spaces are safe in South Carolina🚨
Thank you to Governor @henrymcmaster, Speaker Pro Tem @tommypopeSC, Senator @WesClimer, and everyone else involved in protecting women’s spaces with HB 4756!
The bill is now headed to Gov. Polis’ desk. Recent amendments to the bill don’t change the fundamental problem: Colorado’s lawmakers seem convinced they have the power to punish counselors for expressing views the government disagrees with. That’s unconstitutional.
The public education lobby just killed HB2426, a bill that would've codified parental rights as fundamental and required the government to prove compelling interest before interfering with parents’ pre-political authority. This, once again, demonstrates the unsettling reality that parents face...even in a ‘Red’ state.
Thank you @benKeath for your uncompromising stand to protect parental rights!

Thank you to the House and Senate members who are leaning into this effort, along with sponsor Rep Laubinger & Senate handler @brad_hudson_. Women shouldn't be forced, by gov’t bureacrats, into vulnerable situations where men can enter multi-occupancy spaces* involving a ‘state of undress.’

THREAD🧵: Two weeks ago, the Supreme Court ruled 8-1 against Colorado’s counseling ban.
Despite that, radical state legislators—seemingly desperate to keep kids on a one-way path toward “transition”—are trying to pass work-around bills.
Here’s why this “loophole” won’t work. ⬇️
Lost my voice today but not the mission.
H.4756 (Student Privacy) is DONE. House concurred. Finish line crossed.
Grateful for the two amazing men @TravisMooreLaw@tommypopeSC who helped carry it across and the many who fought for this moment.
A win for women. A win for truth. A win for courage.
Thank you @JaronCrane, Senator Cindy Carlson, and @GovernorLittle for your fearless leadership in protecting Idaho kids and confronting the root cause of harm to children online by stopping social media companies from addicting them for profit. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
More great news out of South Carolina! A unanimous House vote for #HB4591, a bill to protect kids from the harms of addictive social media! Now on to the state senate...
What a fantastic moment in Iowa... years in the making. Conscience protections for healthcare professionals are just a governor's signature away from becoming a reality!
BREAKING NEWS: The IA legislature just passed HF571, a bill that secures protections for the conscience rights of IA’s healthcare professionals. This important legislation is heading to the Governor’s desk!
We’re close to the day when healthcare professionals will be able to freely serve their patients, according to their conscience and expertise...Striving to “do no harm.”
Thank you to the bill sponsors (Sen. Taylor & Rep. Gustoff), their colleagues, and House/Senate leadrship.
