Join Susi Bauer & Ukie's EDI Coordinator Dom Shaw tomorrow evening for a 50-minute talk on neurodivergence in the video games industry, followed by a Q&A session @ADHDinGames#RaiseTheGame https://t.co/wqcMwTVoCO
Once again marginalised folk (including neurodivergent individuals) are much more likely to be impacted by layoffs and the shifting tides of the industry. We need to be doing more to support each other and eradicate these forms of bias in our industry🟠
Delighted to welcome @adamb1234 for our November webinar (Friday 24th November!) on 'Neurodiversity in Games Leadership'!
Tickets are free for those working in the Games Industry but need to be reserved via:

Ok, one last, important Baldur's Gate 3 interview with @pcgamer...
I opened up about subjects close to my heart: authenticity and how I've learned to weaponise my ADHD. 💜

Loved the @ADHDinGames meetup by "Playing Attention"! 🎮
I don't talk about it much, but I'm diagnosed with ADHD. Over many years, I've discovered the learning techniques that work best for me in the context of tech/game dev. Maybe I should give a talk sharing those techniques!
That wraps another amazing Playing Attention #ADHDinGames lunch event 🎉 wonderful to see so many people and talk all things #ADHD and #neurodivergent as well! Massive thanks to @BetaJesterLtd and @MyLootLocker for sponsoring, we'll see you all and the next one 🤩 #gamedev
Super excited to announce @MyLootLocker and @BetaJesterLtd are sponsoring our #ADHD in Games meet up at @developconf! We really appreciate the commitment to supporting the ADHD community in #gamedev 🎉If you don't have a ticket yet, join our community to find out more! #develop
To celebrate Game Republic's 20th Anniversary, we are featuring people making a positive impact in the region and the games industry. We're kicking off with Adam Clewes-Boyne @BetaJesterltd#GR20 - Read full interview here >> https://t.co/2NRKVMDPYJ #IndieGameDev@ADHDinGames
@TriBorys@adamb1234 Awesome, looks great! I'd note ADD is no longer a part of the DSM so only ADHD and the associated types are now a diagnosis 😁 otherwise interesting study!
We need more MPs to stand up for #neurodivergent and #ADHD people to showcase that, not only is this kind of contextless and baseless journalism lacking in any integrity, it is actively dangerous for the ND community!
This programme is incredibly harmful to those with ADHD diagnosis. Given the massive shame many of us carry from not being diagnosed as children the harm cannot be understated.
We've spent our whole lives thinking there was something *morally* wrong with us. So one-sided.
This right here, this is the danger, a totally preventable and avoidable real conseqeunce of @BBCPanorama's lack of journalistic integrity when it came to this episode. It will literally damage the lives of hundreds of people, and you couldn't be bothered to do basic research
My friend had his reasonable adjustments removed today due to #Panorama and their absurdly dangerous #ADHD study by a journalist. He faces a disciplinary next week as they no longer recognise his diagnosis. Well done #BBC, I now also pay my TV Licence to discriminate.
#ADHD and #Panorama in the news today, in prep for an expose of private ADHD clinics offering short cuts. There are useful lessons to be drawn here but also a note of concern. The scandal is underfunded NHS, not overdiagnosis of ADHD.

I will write a concise summary later, but in the meantime I truly hope they put out an apology. However, they will only do that if they are forced to confront this deplorable episode of television directly. You can make a complaint here: https://t.co/aKxouw6IzX #ADHD#panorama
I will write up a more coherent breakdown later, but for now 3 minutes into the @BBCPanorama#ADHD documentary and have already heard SO MANY ISSUES with how this is being handled that I feel compelled to note these issues as I go along, so please join me:
My genuine concern now is how many undiagnosed or self-diagnosed people who haven't found the #ADHD community yet will watch that show and choose to take their chances with a multi-year NHS wait time, filled with GP's and Psychiatrists just as bias as anyone we saw here today
