@tim_n_board What an amazing result. Minority view but I’d revise now though - she’s symptomatic enough to come back; she’ll need a revision in her lifetime. Why wait till she’s older and has more osteolysis?

Cement is never wrong in hip fractures; in suitably trained hands, adding a cup is a very small bit of extra surgery which is potentially beneficial in medium term and makes little to no difference to complications as per HEALTH.
