@tanpukunokami What *part* of the United States? It's a big, big country, and there's a lot of variety, both from state to state, and even within a state (ie. north Texas is different from East Texas is different from Central Texas, etc.).
@japan_nobunaga My night table gun is a 9mm 1911 I customized myself. My everyday carry is an old, comfortable Bersa Thunder .380 (Argentinian clone of a Walther). And then there's all the others in the closet…
@tanpukunokami We have four boys, and they go through about a gallon a day. We try to limit our grocery trips to every Saturday, so we buy six or seven gallons every week. But don't worry! We store them in (one of) the garage fridge(s), and only have one in the kitchen fridge at a time.
Anybody got any favorite Misheard lyrics?
Mine is a line in a Petra song that I could've sworn was "Godzilla's knees will shatter". Turns out it was "God's enemies will scatter"...
@learning_yohei They're both full of crazy liberals, but mainly in the big cities (like New York (the city) or Los Angeles). In fact, any big city in any state in America is. Avoid them like the plague, and enjoy the friendly people in smaller towns and rural areas (especially in the South).
@Locus_Solus3303@engineer2_0 To truly experience Texas, stay away from the big cities. Avoid Austin at all costs; even though it's our capital, we'd like to give it to California.
HEB blows Wal-Mart out of the water, but you pretty much can't afford brisket for BBQ anywhere, anymore. Ribs work, though.
@megynkelly Translation: "We're mad that this bipartisan arts organization is no longer skewed toward our ideology, so we're taking our ball and going home."
