@CrazyAirHyperXD It's Sentai Filmworks in the USA. In the UK, most Sentai releases come out through MVM, who essentially never release a collectors edition, but it's them you'd need to ask. Good luck!
@TopTommo1 yooooo Maburaho was pretty alright. The manga came out through ADV Manga too. Sorry it's tricky to find right now. I'm afraid the $100 sets on ebay are your best bet, but keep an eye on second hand shops and yell at Sentai and Funimation to see if they can bring out a new release
@katuroo Ah yes, Colorful! sure is one of the more...unusual titles we released. There's plenty of jokes to be had by referring to this Colorful when people are talking about the 2010 anime film. Highly recommended!
I like to think there is another universe in which ADV Films is the top anime distributor. They still screw up and mistranslate stuff, but it's in endearing and stupid ways rather than just stupid ways. Also they rate and age block their lewd titles and add jiggle counters.
@harveyskallerup If I recall correctly, there was a plan to revive the brand, which is why the site changed a few years back (with a countdown at the bottom, which is now broken). Nothing came out of that sadly, so there was some people thinking the domain got nicked and the countdown was fake.
@jamesflowerfilm I wish I could help you, but unfortunately this account is just run by a fan of ADV Films that just happened to get the username. I try to stay in-character, but this seems serious so I don't want to waste your time. Apologies and good luck!
Hey. It's your boy ADV Films. We're all sad about KyoAni, but be careful with your money. Donations may not be accepted by them due to culture or accounting, and some of the gofundmes that have shown up sound kinda dodge. I recommend buying stuff directly https://t.co/KpiksCo9VL
I don't know this one. Can anyone help? Translation: "The VHS and first DVD release of Evangelion have 'in memory of Carla d'Alberto' in the credits. In the Platinum Collection version of Evangelion, the name is no longer present. Who were they?"
Fresh off the #DrastikMoé press! (Anime Blu-ray review - Kino's Journey) has been published on Drastik Moé ! Go check it out here: https://t.co/pgqRr7TAV2

Found this for £2 out of CEX. This really makes me wish either @MangaUK or @AllTheAnime would get access to ADV Films' backlog and get them re-released in the UK. I want my Excel Saga complete series boxset damn it! And also Azumanga Daioh. That too deserves a re-released.
