@cz_binance At least they don't defraud Chinese people's hard-earned money. You take the Chinese people's hard-earned money to pay you a fine for going to the United States!
My assets were forcibly liquidated by you. If there are facts and evidence, is it also false?
Binance system failure caused users to be maliciously forced
I am a Binance user. On February 6, 2026, my loan position was forced to close because Binance's own system was stuck for a long time and could not be accessed, causing significant losses.
The timeline is as follows:
I. At 2:18 a.m. on February 5, I received the official replenishment email from Binance @binance. When I didn't receive the email, I was already doing the replenishment, but I couldn't log in (with frequency recording)
Two. After the email was sent until the early morning of February 6: I tried to log in to the Binance App/web page to make up for the position many times, but the login failed because the system was stuck and the page could not be loaded. I confirmed that my network and other applications were completely normal.
III. At About 7:40 A.M. On February 6, I Could Log In To The Binance APP And Then Go To C2C To Buy Coins, But The Order Could Not Be Successful. I Tried For About 20 Minutes, But It Still Didn'T Work. So I Found A Familiar U Merchant At 08:03 On February 6Th And Told Her That The Other Party Gave Me The QR Code. I Still Stuck And Couldn'T Succeed, So I Changed The Purchase Amount From 30,000 Yuan. At This Time, The Order Was Successful, And After The Success, There Was A Stuck Problem. The Stuckness Was More Than 15 Minutes Until I Was Slated, Until I Was Clogged, And The The Closing Time Was 8:13:53 (The Screen Recorded In A Hurry)
Fourth: I can log in normally after closing the position!
Core issues:
After Binance issued a risk notice, its system failure deprived me of the right to perform (replenishment) as a user. The customer service only used the "network problem" to evade and refused to be responsible.
My appeal:
Ask @binancezh@binance to respond and investigate the system service log on February 5-6, and compensate for the abnormal forced losses caused by the interruption of the platform's own service.
As an old user of Binance, I hope @cz_binance@heyibinance can see a response!

@cz_binance I will tell the child that there is a fraudster named Zhao Changpeng and He San. They defrauded a lot of money from Chinese people in the name of blockchain, and they also proudly think that they are really chosen people, and now they are still at large!
Everything you have now is based on fraud. These come and go quickly. No matter how powerful lawyers you hire and how many legal evasions you have done, these are useless in the moment of collapse. Don't be high in a lifetime! Return the victim's hard-earned money! If you were scammed by @binance at any time, join us, no matter where you come from in the world. https://t.co/OdQxyY1nhd
