GWAC Champs!!! Another special group to go 14-0 in their Middle School careers. I couldn’t be more proud of this group of young men. The most dominant group we’ve had roll through our program…
Offense: 47ppg
Defense: 3ppg

38-year-old Aroldis Chapman is still throwing 100+.
Look at the difference.
This is what happens when a baseball player actually lifts with intent for years.
Strength isn’t optional anymore.
Here’s what I’d tell any pitcher or position player who wants to stay explosive longer
1. Train lower body hard (force production starts there)
2. Build rotational power, not just “core work”
3. Get strong in the upper back and shoulders
4. Progressive overload… stop being afraid of heavy weight
5. Keep doing it in-season at a smart dose
So in review
- Parent registers a 10 year old as a 7 year old disabled child
- Team gets caught in their lie
- During review we discover out of the 5 LL in Oklahoma (shockingly low #) at least 2 of them are complete shams that are just travel teams buying an entry
What the hell has happened to youth sports
The Boston Red Sox have won 14 consecutive games. It's the second-longest winning streak in the 126-year history of the franchise. They can tie the record, set in 1946, with a victory against Baltimore tomorrow. A remarkable turnaround that just keeps getting better.
"Jarren Duran may be a homophobe, he is a fat shamer, he wants to fight fans, and now he wants to fight podcasters."
The good news? He can't hit either!
On July 2, the Boston Red Sox were in last in the AL East, had the fourth-worst record in the league and were 6.5 games back of the final wild card spot with six teams to leap.
Today, the Red Sox are a half-game behind Minnesota and Seattle for that final wild card spot.
To the rafters.
The #NHLBruins are proud to announce that during the upcoming 2026-27 season, the club will bestow its highest honor upon Patrice Bergeron by retiring his No. 37.
AJ Brown says he was so disappointed when the #Patriots drafted N’Keal Harry with the 32nd pick in 2019 that he left his draft party and got in his car to take time to himself
