13 years ago, I sat in this same place reading Outliers by Malcolm Gladwell and dreaming of escaping the 9-to-5 grind. (It was also my first trip abroad with friends.)
It took years to turn that dream into a plan—and even more years to execute it.
Today, after 5 years of entrepreneurship, I'm back here reflecting on the journey.
One of the core ideas from Outliers is that success isn't just talent—it's the result of consistent effort, opportunities, timing, and thousands of hours of deliberate practice. Looking back, that lesson resonates even more today than it did back then.
