@UIFBenefits You guys always experience technical problems since I have filled for the benefits for my parents last year till today they haven't received their funds. None of the claims was assessed even though supporting documents were attached.

@Systenious @deptoflabour Well it's unfair because they could have tried to accommodate even the ones who needs to claim for their benefits. They will be asking about the status of the application as If it will be a success knowing very well that the paymaster cancels the applications.
