@unhealthytruth And in thr Covid CARES actually, the fda slipped in a little line that makes sunscreen a drug, therefore small businesses cant make zinc based ones anymore unless they pay for fda testing
I’ve joined normie America in completely checking out of the news cycle and only focusing on soccer and bbqs and gardening and summer and honestly — this is the way.
@HealthyAlfred My knee issue is no cartilage behind my kneecap, so the patella rests right on the femur. This has caused a handful of sideways hyperextensions over the years and thus some bone spurs. Any data regarding cartilage rebuilding?
@dmweisberger@Mudwelly_Beth@JustTheTweets17@RobertKennedyJr Less than 3% of wheat grown in thr US has had glyphosate sprayed on it. Do you really think farmers are going to add an unnecessary expense to their fields when farming is already a losing business? We grow hard red winter what here. Other countries grow durum. Buy durum pasta
@unhealthytruth I used cast iron on my ceramic cook top. I know. A big "no no" but all it did was cloud the top a bit. I love my cast iron more than I cared what the cook top looked like
@phizzio@BretWeinstein@Cernovich Dont forget, the day of Biden 's inauguration, they cut the replications of the PCR test dramatically, thus giving fewer false positives
January 17th is Benjamin Franklin's birthday.
The Founding Father with the most personality in the room: printer, inventor, diplomat, scientist, and absolute king of witty one-liners and bizarre antics. To mark his 320th birthday (born 1706), here are 10 facts about Ben that prove he was equal parts genius and glorious weirdo:
1. He once tried to electrocute and roast a turkey using his electrical experiments for a fancy dinner party. Spoiler: He shocked himself instead, got knocked flat, and the turkey lived to gobble another day. Classic Ben—science with a side of chaos!
2. While ambassador in France, he wrote a satirical essay titled "Fart Proudly" (officially "A Letter to a Royal Academy"), seriously proposing scientific research to make farts smell like perfume. He argued the topic deserved more attention than the academy's pointless questions. Peak 18th-century trolling.
3. As a teen, he invented swim fins for his hands and feet, then swam 3.5 miles down the Thames River in London to show off—performing water tricks while friends watched from a boat. He basically invented extreme sports before they were cool.
4. He penned a cheeky letter called "Advice to a Young Man on Choosing a Mistress", recommending older women because they're "more grateful," better in conversation, more experienced... and their "lower parts" don't age as fast as their faces. Cougar advocate avant la lettre.
5. Franklin pranked a rival astrologer/almanac publisher by "predicting" his death in Poor Richard's Almanack, then kept "reporting" on the "imposter" claiming to be him after the real guy died. Savage long-con energy.
6. Franklin was obsessed with fresh air as a health cure—he believed it prevented colds and boosted vitality, so he'd often sit naked ("air baths") in front of open windows, even in winter. During a 1776 trip, he shared a tiny bed with John Adams and argued all night about the window: Adams wanted it closed (fear of chills), Ben wanted it wide open (his healing-air theory). Franklin lectured on it until Adams fell asleep from exhaustion. We need a buddy road trip movie with these two!
7. While living in London, over 1,200 human and animal bones were later found buried in the basement/garden of his home at 36 Craven Street. They weren't Franklin's secret stash—he wasn't grave-robbing himself—but came from an anatomy school secretly run there by his friend and protégé, anatomist William Hewson (son-in-law of Franklin's landlady). Hewson dissected bodies (sourced via grave-robbing) for medical study. Franklin was aware of Hewson's work but not directly involved in the dissections. Still creepy basement vibes!
8. He invented the glass armonica (a spooky musical instrument using wet fingers on spinning glass bowls) that became a sensation—Mozart and Beethoven wrote for it—but it was so eerie that some thought it drove people insane. Ben's personal favorite invention, though!
9. He refused to patent any of his inventions (bifocals, lightning rod, Franklin stove, etc.), saying ideas should benefit everyone freely. Noble AF.
10. In 1736, Franklin founded America's first volunteer fire department, the Union Fire Company in Philadelphia (nicknamed his "Bucket Brigade"). He pushed for it after writing articles on fire prevention risks, turning community safety into a civic hack—because why not add firefighter organizer to his resume of super genius?
Happy Birthday, Ben Franklin—the man who proved you can be brilliant, inventive, feisty, hilarious, and a little unhinged all at once. We could use more of that energy today.
@BuenoForMiami Tylenol is more dangerous than raw milk. Smoking is more dangerous than raw milk. But people keep telling themselves the government is looking out for them.

@coookwithchris Pure Encapsulation Best Rest Formula. I finally sleep through the night, don't wake from 2-4, and I'm not groggy in the morning. It was a gift from my husband for Christmas. And it's amazing
@MattWalshBlog Recently started taking the train for an 8 hour trip. It's so much easier than flying (which would still take 5 with airport waits, traveling to the airport etc) and much more relaxing than driving which also takes 7-8 hours.
I hope rail continues to flourish and expand
Unpopular opinion-
Trump voters, now is the time to walk the walk. This is the unity party- if you want to heal this country you need to show real love and compassion to liberals and democrats.
You need to talk to them, listen to them- prove to them that what the media said about Trump was lies- what they said about Trump supporters was lies. You can’t mock them for calling you garbage and then act like garbage because you won.
Their greatest success in Trump’s first term was creating TDS- it is up to every Trump supporter to live out the counter narrative to their lies.
Making America great again is inseparable from dismantling the divisive psyop that Trump supporters are mean, uninformed, Nazis.
Be the bigger person, build the bridge and welcome someone across.
Otherwise four years from now America is even more divided and even more in danger.
No excuses. 🇺🇸
