We're back!

We've been on hiatus doing research, but the American Epistemology Institute is back with the next white paper: this one is on the scope creep of the concept of consent and how it has changed from a prerequisite of justice to the whole of justice itself. This is part of a series, which will have an interesting conclusion, by the looks of it.

That said, we've changed our formatting from APA to Bluebook, considering the content of the white papers and may retroactively reformat the previous papers to fit this formatting style, but that has yet to be decided upon.

We're starting to get heavy into citations, so it takes a while to finish the white papers now, but we're still working. That said, @BrutusPersonal is where I will be publishing a less legalistic series on the concept of Metadiagnostics (and other less serious things). Follow me over there, as I tend to reserve this space for more AEI work than anything else, as it is a 501c3.

Read about it here at https://t.co/QqPY5AYDkd. I try to publish weekly (Friday/Saturday timeframe), as I've plenty of material to cover, but life happens so I may slip a day or two (gomen). The long and short of Metadiagnostics is that it is a framework of interlocking tools by which you can assess the health of a civilization at different scopes. The next article there will be discussing the concept of Declaration Reality. It is not traditionally politically aligned, but it deals in objective reality, so you can draw inferences as you see fit.

🚨NEW: This person just got a PhD for a dissertation illuminating the “lived experiences” of just FOUR “queer child life specialists” through what it calls a “queer narrative inquiry study.”

The student used “an unstructured group interview to co-create research questions with participants,” meaning the subjects of the study helped decide what the study would ask in the first place. It then followed up with “unstructured individual interviews” and analyzed the material using a “creative approach to thematic analysis.”

Participants' feelings were sorted into themes like “ongoing navigation of queer identity,” “experiences of discrimination,” and “experiences of allyship.” A final “member-checking group interview validated the findings,” which means the same four people helped confirm the conclusions too.

You must refer to this person as “Doctor” now.

Why the DOJ dragging its feet on the Lemon thing, and overall on Walz, Frey, etc. is horribly, horribly bad:

It's not the optics. It's not the demoralizing effect on the general populace.

It's that a lack of swift, clear, and vicious action to put down this and actions like these emboldens the enemy. They already have support in the courts, from lawyers, from DAs, from local politicians. Local LE are neutered. They know that if they get picked up, they'll be out in less than 24 hours with a misdemeanor that'll be ultimately dismissed.

The only thing -- THE ONLY THING -- that stops all this is hard, fast, vicious enforcement of every single fucking law, to its fullest extent. From holding them for 72 hours minus one minute before charging them, to shopping judges to find those not captured by the left, to merciless prosecution at the federal level, to ensuring they are held for months or years (J6, anyone?) before they stand trial.

A message must be sent. A clear, unambiguous message: Fuck around, find out, in the worst possible way.

Instead, the message that's currently being sent is: Do whatever the fuck you want, we won't do fuck-all to actually materially harm you, your life, or your freedom.
