@charles_watts I don’t think this is primarily about money. From 1 January 2027, the Employment Rights Act 2025 reduces unfair dismissal protection from 2 years to 6 months’ service and removes the compensation cap. Could clubs be cutting staff now to avoid greater legal exposure?
