Wet markets (whether in China or elsewhere) were an accident waiting to happen. Animals kept and butchered in unsanitary conditions harbor a myriad of dangerous viruses. There are these hideous wet markets in a lot of countries - they all should be shut down.

Absolutely correct!! Not a Catholic myself but I stand shoulder to shoulder with the Catholic people on this issue. Sectarian bullying (whoever it is directed against) is totally unacceptable.

People exhibiting bullying behaviors need to have their errant conduct brought in check forthwith. Instead of cajoling victims into changing their personalities, educators/administrators should focus on the bullies— they are the ones who need to make the changes. AFV book P196
