Bullies who do not reform should be expelled from school and/or feel the full force of law enforcement. This is in order to protect victims and to prevent anyone else being subsequently victimized. The priority always has to be the protection of victims. AFV book P.196

Absolutely correct!! Not a Catholic myself but I stand shoulder to shoulder with the Catholic people on this issue. Sectarian bullying (whoever it is directed against) is totally unacceptable.

People exhibiting bullying behaviors need to have their errant conduct brought in check forthwith. Instead of cajoling victims into changing their personalities, educators/administrators should focus on the bullies— they are the ones who need to make the changes. AFV book P196
