A better approach is contribution-weighted allocation using on-chain verifiable signals combined with light off-chain proof.

Instead of static whitelists that get farmed or bypassed, projects should define clear, measurable contribution criteria (wallet age + transaction count + liquidity provision + governance participation + community activity) and score wallets transparently on-chain.

Allocations can then be distributed proportionally to verified contribution scores. This can be implemented with existing tools like wallet activity scanners, contribution oracles, and simple smart contract logic that anyone can audit.

This reduces sybil attacks, rewards actual participants over coordinated groups, and creates verifiable fairness without relying on easily manipulated Discord roles or manual whitelists.

The system stays transparent because every score and allocation can be checked on-chain before claims open.

Can I do it? Yes, I've built parts and pieces separately across various aspects of the large ecosystem I created, so it wouldn't be too terribly complicated.

I've seen people shoveling dog poop for dog owners in exchange for money. Which means you can literally do dumb shit, and people will pay you for it if you market it the right way. Focusing on your strengths will only help.
