Hey dumbfuck, The phrase “subject to the jurisdiction thereof” qualifies birthright citizenship (jus soli, or right of the soil). Everyone agrees it excludes clear cases like children of foreign diplomats (who have immunity) and, historically, certain Native American tribal members (treated as owing allegiance to tribes via treaties, not fully under U.S. political authority). These illegals do not have our allegiance 🤡🖕🏻. 14th amendment was not designed for any visitor into our country to pop out a baby and get citizenship!

The children of invading armies aren’t considered American citizens. The children of foreign diplomats aren’t considered American citizens. So, why would we allow the children of illegal aliens to be American citizens?
The Constitution doesn’t just say born here, it says born here and subject to the jurisdiction thereof. Diplomats’ kids aren’t considered citizens even if born here, because their parents don’t owe allegiance to the US. Same logic should apply to people here illegally. 🖕🏻

There are a TON of major common sense conservative policy wins going into effect, and the media is barely covering them.

Here’s a list of some of my favorites:

✅ SEA 256 blocks foreign adversaries like Communist China from buying up Hoosier land or getting state contracts. (I cosponsored)
✅ HEA 1406 cuts off IEDC tax-credit giveaways to companies tied to China and other foreign adversaries. (my amendment)
✅ SEA 76 requires compliance with ICE detainers and bars employers from knowingly recruiting, hiring, or continuing to employ illegal aliens.
✅ HEA 1200 requires truck drivers to demonstrate English proficiency and cracks down on nondomiciled CDLs.
✅ SEA 91 bars syringe-exchange fixed sites within 1,000 feet of schools, churches, and other protected facilities. (my amendment)
