@Choux66062200 Yes. Pursuant to r 14.3.2 (European Court of Human Rights), 'decisions of the Court not reported in Eur Court HR (ser A) or Eur Court HR should be cited in an unofficial report series where available'. If unavailable, then you should refer to the unreported version.

@brad_marz Hi Brad! If the decision is cited once, no short title is needed. If a short title is required for subsequent references, the short title should always be given as follows: (Complainant's Surname v Respondent State).

@monika_dryburgh Hi Monika! ABS statistics/materials should be cited in accordance with r 7.1.5. Where a catalogue number is not readily available, you can omit that from the citation. You could replace the catalogue number with a more generic 'Document Type' pursuant to r 7.1.1 (General Rule).
