@jpwarren@AusCERT Yep. Their notice appears to have been written by a first year law student who is unaware of the regulations and industry practices about breach notification and response.
@jpwarren The response to this by the company in question is breathtaking and concerning.
I am reasonably sure that the company will need to notify the @OAICgov of this breach and no doubt they will take a dim view of whats happened.
