Reading through the comments, notice how selective the author and their supporters focus on for assessing quality.
It's not objective. This is learned buyer psychology. This is a huge part of why Apple succeeds.
It's crazy to me how nobody knows how to build a laptop that matches the quality of an Apple MacBook Pro.
Everything I've seen is a downgrade hardware-wise.
This is the kind of line item that usually wouldn't even make funded startups blink. But it gives me the hives. When you're playing with your own money and for keeps, a lot of tech's "standard practices" come across as grotesquely wasteful and squanderous.
Selling cybersecurity needs to be less about the tools and systems you offer, and more the associated practices and mindset that make those tools effective.
Using a walking stick doesn't mean you have good posture. It just means you're less likely to fall on the floor.
@SjamieIt If that's the building I think it is, it's a housing cooperative. Big reason it's preserved as it is is because its socially owned, affordable housing, established in an era when the Ontario government cared about such things.
