@Uber_Support Thanks for the response. When you say "5 minutes behind", what is the benchmark...the original ETA on the screen when the ride was booked? It's often 10 or more minutes off from that.....

@Uber_Support I'm tired of selecting a car based upon time to pickup (3 minutes) and then told the wait is 12 minutes when one is assigned. Also, drivers who cancel after I have waited 5 + minutes because they get another fare. Do you have ways to fix both, which are increasing?
