Our views & approach on restarting flights have been clearly stated.
On 2nd April, I said "A decision to restart flights after this period remains to be taken" & reiterated this on 5th. On14th when Lockdown extended, I said "we can CONSIDER lifting restrictions" after Lockdown.
I had booked 13 tickets in indigo to send our staff to their hometown at our own expense through make my trip app.
Now issued a credit shell note asking the same pasengers to use it in a span of 1 year. This is really a big loss for us as we have made alternate arrangements them.
Due to the bad economy now this amount of Rs.98000/- is really a big amount.
We are looking forward for a refund of the same.
Failing which we expect a credit shell that can be used for any passenger and not stipulated for the same 13 passengers. PNR NUMBERS: TMHVGQ/ WWNE5X/
