I am so sad about the passing of Jim Fleeting and have found it difficult to post.
This photo is from 2001 when he took a bunch of us to Shetland so that every kid on the island got to have some fun - that was his style.

Fantastic celebration for UEFA Grassroots Week at @ThornAthleticFC today with a holiday football camp. Delighted that @NeilBibby MSP and @ThomasCArthur MSP were able to come down and show their support.

𝙐𝙀𝙁𝘼 𝙂𝙍𝘼𝙎𝙎𝙍𝙊𝙊𝙏𝙎 𝙒𝙀𝙀𝙆 ||

As part of our school visit on Monday we were also able to provide every child in both St David's and Cochrane Castle Primary Schools with a football ⚽️

We also donated 30 footballs and bibs to help them provide football activities.

That's almost 300 footballs to kids in the community 🤝

To say I am heartbroken is an understatement. I had the privilege of working with Jimmy and he was everything you would expect him to be.
Zambia and many other stories he would tell me I could listen to again so many times - RIP Jimmy

The Scottish FA is saddened by the passing of former Scotland international Jimmy Bone.

Jimmy was a dedicated servant to Scottish football, including spells as a Player & Coach Development Manager & UEFA Licence Coach Educator.

Our thoughts are with his family & friends.
