I’d like to believe this was a super kind gesture to give all kids money towards their newly created accounts, but it was at this point we should have realized some type of deal was exchanged.

$dell was trading around $130 when this was announced 6 months ago. Today it’s at $414, as the government keeps using Dell (after politicians bought stock of course).
