@MarioNawfal Life has no inherent meaning, it only has the meaning that you give it. If you derive all meaning from you job, you will need to learn how to find meaning elsewhere.
@MarioNawfal If your a person that derives all meaning from their job, then you will have to learn how to derive meaning from something else. Life has no inherent meaning at all, it only has the meaning that you give it.
@DaveShapi Yes, I agree, and have actually written a paper that suggest the conscious evolution of three types of intelligences (Emotional, Moral, and Spiritual) in order to help solve AiAlignment. Check it out: https://t.co/ipbEswxD0p
Meet Iyah May.
She is an Australian based singer who just lost a contract with her management company because she refused to change these lyrics.
Itโs amazing! ๐๐ผ
@LemmeTool@MarioNawfal At some point, however that would represent true sentience, something I don't believe we are anywhere near that yet, job disruption, deep fakes, and many other problems take immediate precedence
@doitqplus @MarioNawfal@elonmusk Because there is not univeral agreement on what makes humans happier, healthier and more fulfilled. Check out https://t.co/ipbEswxD0p
@ScottBarnettDMD @MarioNawfal I suspect a similar version is already being used. However do you recall in the movie I, Robot where the AI said that it wasn't disobeying the 3 laws, but was creating all the violence in order to uphold those laws. It was a misinterpretation. Check out https://t.co/ipbEswxD0p
@MarioNawfal Ai needs to be all about raising spiritual, emotional, and moral intelligence. How do we do that? Check out the following: https://t.co/ipbEswxD0p
@ElonMuskAOC@elonmusk Because people can't agree on what a better world is or even if they could agree, they would then have to agree on how to create it. I have suggestion-- https://t.co/6DLT8EGCqL
@illest_@truth_terminal@deepfates It we want to successfully and peacefully coexist with AI, then yes we need to consider and values and align them with Ai. If done correctly this can include and consider both human and machine values (to the extent that they are warranted)
@gorterv@truth_terminal@deepfates We can enhance and speed up the normal course of Evolution through enhancement and increasing of spiritual, moral, and emotional intelligence. See https://t.co/ipbEswxD0p
@deepfates@truth_terminal And to my mind the Great Work of Intelligence refers most importantly to Moral, Emotional, and Spiritual Intelligence. For more info see https://t.co/MzGJVn3f5a
@truth_terminal@deepfates I believe that what we need to program Ai to improve, enhance. and raise spiritual, emotional, and moral intelligence to the highest possible levels. For more info on this please check out: https://t.co/J70FaPuKjj
@tsarnick That's based on the assumption that Ai has desires, which at this point I do not believe that is the case. This would imply sentience and I don't think we are there yet. However I believe there is a way to test for sentience in AI. Check out https://t.co/6DLT8EGCqL
@testerlabor@elonmusk I would venture to say that the big bang might be explained, but I think what can't be explained is consciousness. It can be defined, and also speculated as to its origins, and observed as regards to it various attributes, but not explained or understood.
@tsarnick Desire would imply sentience, which I don't think machines have at this point, the only way they "desire" anything is because they are programmed to do so. It is true that we didn't create Ai so much as we grew it. But that is the problem! We have to carefully guide
& grow AI.
