सुप्रीम कोर्टाचा निर्णय: सर्व शिक्षकांसाठी TET अनिवार्य
इयत्ता 1 ते 8 पर्यंत शिकवणाऱ्या सर्व शिक्षकांसाठी TET अनिवार्य केले आहे.
ज्यांच्या सेवेत 5 वर्षांपेक्षा जास्त उरले आहेत त्यांनी 2 वर्षांत TET उत्तीर्ण करणे आवश्यक.
➤ अन्यथा सेवा समाप्त/अनिवार्य निवृत्तीची शक्यता. #Education

Minority institutions decision is still pending before a larger bench.
States are asked to implement the ruling immediately.

Supreme Court has ruled that TET is mandatory for all teachers of Classes 1–8.
Teachers with more than 5 years of service left must clear TET within 2 years.
Those with less than 5 years may continue but will not get promotions without TET.

माता-पिता के साथ आजीविका के लिए 2-3 महीने तक शहर में रहने के कारण स्कूलों से absent रहते हैं ये अमरावती जिले में पारधी आदिवासी समुदाय के बच्चे । सरकार को इन बच्चों के लिए dropping centres खोलने चाहिए ताकि इनकी पढ़ाई का नुकसान ना हो ।
