The number one #Claude mistake see people making : no system prompt, no project instructions, no files uploaded. You're leaving 80% of its usefulness on the table and starting from scratch every time.
AI capability doubles every 7 months per new METR research. Moore's Law doubles every 2 years. We are moving 3x faster than the benchmark that defined the tech industry for 50 years. Wild stuff.
By 2027 most small businesses will run at least some AI locally. Gemma 4 is the first model that makes that practical for multimodal tasks. Definitely worth exploring for any small to medium business owner looking to use AI with sensitive client information.
#Google Gemma 4 runs on 16GB of RAM. Text, images, video, audio in one model. Free. No cloud. This is the local AI release people have been waiting for. Great addition for small and medium businesses.
The gap between a bad AI output and a great one is almost always the prompt, not the model. Give it more context. You'll be surprised what it was holding back. Just figure I mention this with all the companies dealing with token maxing now.
#Anthropic launched a small business product built from scratch for owners doing 13 jobs at once.
77% of small businesses say they use AI. Only 14% have it embedded in operations.
That gap is a setup problem. Anthropic is betting prebuilt workflows close it.
AI is not taking your job. It's taking the tasks that were eating your day and not giving much back.
The typing. The report formatting. The first-draft emails.
That's what shifts. Not the role.

I’m all for it @elonmusk What people don’t understand is the over abundance that will unfold over time. But the key word being universal “HIGH” income.
Perhaps this is the change needed for western culture to adapt home schooling or not shipping their kids off to daycare at a few months old.
Also, whatever gives me more time with my kids and time to golf. Then sign me up!

@mattshumer_@CBSMornings You made some very good points about their moral compass. First, backing out of the Department of War contract. Now this. It is really making them look like the responsible LLM out of the whole group.
Most SMEs use Claude like a search engine. The ones pulling ahead treat it like a worker.
77% of Claude usage is full task automation. Not questions. Actual work handed off and finished.
New blog post on what that looks like in practice, including Anthropic's latest computer use rollout.
