I fearfully keep circling back to this thought about Trump and Christianity: if non-Christians can plainly see the evil in Trump, what does that say about Christians who whole heartedly endorse him?
@megbasham By that logic, the United States should still belong to Britain because the colonies should have just complied with all of the laws and taxes from the King. Britain was just doing its job.
It’s awful the way Charlie Kirk was killed. At the same time, he also said so many abhorrent things that dehumanized many people. Both can be true at once. However, what is NOT true is that he was some martyr for Christianity. His words do not reflect Jesus.
@drantbradley Why do we have to get dressed up to eat dinner with friends? It seems unnecessary. And has nothing to do with children becoming the center of the family or screens or technology. Maybe people just didn’t actually like it and old media glorified it as the norm?
