Playing around with a LocalLLM, currently upgrading to the new @Alibaba_Qwen 3.6. Excited to see how the benchmarks go! Anyone have any advice on keeping LocalLLMs up to date with the latest model?
The real danger with owning ETFs is playing out right now with @Tesla. The benefits of ETFs are excellent; I question whether they will have my best interests (as the investor) at heart when it comes time to vote. 🤔 Will this spark some new levels of voting controls for ETFs?
An Aussie bank just introduced their 10 year interest only loan.
Why is this bad for owner occupiers?
Well… after 10 years, the borrower still owes exactly what they borrowed.
At the end of the ten years, all of that interest is paid with higher-value money.
So it’s a transfer of wealth to the bank without building any capital.
Expect to see more of it.

Leave decisions like this up to parents. No plan on implementation. No plan on how to police it.
We have bigger concerns that you have your head in the sand on. Trying to distract the voters before an election.
People quit when things get hard because the thought of something being hard forever is unbearable
But nothing hard lasts forever.
You either quit.
It gets easier.
Or you get harder.
No matter what. It always ends.
But you only lose when you quit before you see it through.
