Jack Lowes joined AJE in 2019 after applying for a welding job, but was offered the chance to become the firm’s second graduate apprentice.

As part of Scottish Apprenticeship Week, we are joining up with local partners to host a Moray Apprenticeship Jobs Fair on 7th March 2024, 4pm-6pm at the Mansefield Hotel, Elgin.
The AJE team got in the Christmas spirit recently by donning a Christmas knit and all in aid of Save The Children.
The monies are still coming in, but so far, these woolie jumper lovers have raised just over £70 for the cause. Well done!
AJE has made a £700K investment to enable it to become a key player in the production of electricity pylons.

AJE is powering ahead with the fabrication of the structural steelwork, metalwork and pipework for a water treatment works near Keith.
The project has been awarded by Efficient Delivery Service (ESD) for the Herricks Water Treatment Works.

A new walkway to allow people to access the historic Spurn Light Vessel in Hull is being fabricated and installed by AJE.
Following a 14-month restoration project, the lightship is currently docked at a temporary berth in Hull Marina.

A completely new route to Forres wastewater treatment works has been created by AJ Engineering which had to bring in a mammoth crane to install what is ‘probably’ the company’s heaviest ever bridge to date.

EXPANSION NEWS
AJ Engineering has expanded to the north-west of England with the employment of a new eight-man team.
The new employees include a project manager, estimator and six steel erectors/cladders and supervisors.
