Today at the FCT Command of the Nigeria Police Force in Abuja, I confronted the Minister of Works, David Umahi inside a conference room where police operatives had effectively set up shop for him to harass a woman who a used him of owing her and making a pass at her years ago.

A married woma, TracyNither Nicolas Ohiri had been illegally arrested in Lagos on allegations of “cyberbullying,” flown to Abuja, and detained.

Her alleged offense was accusing David Umahi of owing her N250 million for over 12 years, a claim that, at its core, is a civil dispute.

Rather than treat the matter as such, the police escalated it into a criminal spectacle. After unlawfully detaining her, the police facilitated a meeting in which Umahi was brought into the command to threaten, intimidate, and denigrate her inside a police facility until we arrived and they immediately dismantled the “interview” and Umahi left, angry.

After Umahi lef, they redused to grant her bail or release her, we later learnt Imahi promosed that shes not seen anything on his way out of the FCT police command.

You sued me eight years ago over Stephanie Otobo exposes and later sought to end the lawsuit on the condition that I stop exposing you. I refused. You sent @PhrankShaibu to plead on your behalf; I told him plainly that the facts were correct.
At the time, the Nigeria Police Force @policeng was at your beck and call, arresting whomever you pointed at.
That era is over. We ended it completely.

You even went as far as offering to stand surety for me when the Muhammadu Buhari @Mbuhari regime arrested and detained me for treason. I rejected your Greek gift outright and called you out from detention because I know your style too well.

This latest noise is pure bluster. You sent a friend two months ago complaining that you would sue me if @SaharaReporters doesn't stop reporting against you, and I told our friend that I am ready for your lawsuit. If you were serious about any legal challenge, you would have included the podcaster@KAATRUTHS and the individual who alleged that you assisted other pastors in staging fake miracles; you claimed they've apologized and said they "don't know you." This was a lie; the podcast is very much alive and unretracted.

You avoided them because you know where the truth lies. I do not need anyone to tell me that you perform fake miracles; your staged money alerts to your congregation are well known and long documented.

Could you please explain to the public why you amended your lawsuit against me/ @SaharaReporters, and removed Stephanie Otobo? Was it not because you feared she would testify as my witness, after which you paid her to come apologize before your congregation, and then sent her a fake alert?

Did you not purchase a Mercedes-Benz GLK SUV and a house in the Maryland area of Lagos for a Nollywood actress, Daniella Okeke, and, when we uncovered the receipts, you rush to the Lagos State government to scrub the evidence from the vehicle licensing database website?

I am particularly interested in this lawsuit because the time has come for charlatans like you to be confronted before a court of law and compelled to prove your so-called miracles and defend your ways before the courts, after all, you were the one who had sued.

I am not the victim here. My concern is for your victims, those whose meager offerings and tithes you have diverted to fund these decadent pursuits. I feel deeply for them, including the Nigerian Police Force officers who had to perish defending your decadent lifestyle in unarmored vehicles. At the same time, you rode in bulletproof armored cars into safety.

In Lagos, earlier today, I was targeted by @policeng during an anti-demolition protest in Oworonsoki, the deadly squads were sent by Kayode Egbetokun, the illegal Inspector General of Police. Upon my arrival, the police contingents began firing riot guns directly at protesters and deployed additional RRS reinforcements.

I captured some of their actions, including indiscriminate arrests and attacks on innocent bystanders during a Facebook Live broadcast I did on the scene.

It is disheartening to see law enforcement officers, who should be dedicated to fighting crime, terrorism, insurgency, and banditry, being utilized against defenseless citizens. #RevolutionNow

What followed was even more shocking. On the day of the hearing, X sent no representative but Facebook did. Its lawyer, Mofesomo Tayo-Oyetibo, SAN, appeared in court not to defend free speech but to align largely with the DSS. Before Justice M.G. Umar, he made no objection to my prosecution. He even implied Facebook had no problem with the charges, accepting irregular service during the proceedings, and to the surprise of the judge, was alluding to the fact that Facebook will likely oppose its inclusion, to which the judge openly stated, he did not need permission to do the needful. That moment crystallized the dangerous truth that Facebook has gone beyond silent compliance; it has become a willing accomplice to authoritarian repression.

When I woke up one morning and discovered that the DSS had officially applied itself to fighting me on behalf of @officialABAT by applying to social media platforms, @X (formerly Twitter and @Facebook because I called him a criminal for his claim that corruption had “vanished” from Nigeria under his watch, I did not know the depth of the interest of the @OfficialDSSNG Director-General, Adeola Oluwatosin Ajayi. It wasn’t until someone reached out to me I learned senior DSS operatives were sniffing around, tailgating some of my associates, and collecting intelligence to locate the person who leaked the information to @SaharaReporters Reporters.

That was when it became clear that their intervention was no passing interest. They had declared a full blown war on me because @SaharaReporters had published an exposé showing how a @OfficialDSSNG promotion exam led to the deaths of eight of their officers, creating deep internal disaffection within the agency.

Today, @SaharaReporters followed up with another report revealing that the DG DSS had rounded up officers, accusing them of leaking information about the scandal and tragedy. The first sign of this desperation here on twitter was the number of trolls deployed by the @OfficialDSSNG on the report today.

Sources reached out to me and warned bluntly, “These people have a plan to assassinate you, and the DSS is providing technical assistance.”

This is not new to me. During the Muhammadu Buhari regime, the DSS once sent a team to assassinate me in open court here in Abuja. The officer nicknamed "Marshal", who I had to be rescued from physically by several persons, had just returned from Bulgaria, where he had been trained in so-called “non-lethal” techniques to kill (whatever that means).

It is also telling that the current DG DSS reportedly started his career in the service by masquerading as a student at UNIBEN in 1990. They have been at this game for a long time. But it will not be too long before Nigerians themselves rise and say: this is too much.

Meanwhile, a judge of the Federal High Court, Justice M Umar has now fixed my arraignment for “cybercrime” in the case filed by the same DSS for Tuesday next week. And on Monday, the case brought by the illegal Inspector-General of Nigeria Police Force is also scheduled to be heard at the Federal High Court by Justice MS Liman, the judge who confiscated my international passport since January 2025.

Now you understand why they confiscated my international passport, it was not about due process or the law. It was a calculated move to keep me trapped inside Nigeria, tied down and unable to travel, so they could do their worst.
