Everything the Garden is a quietly compelling novel that finds emotional depth in the ordinary. The author, AK Biggins, crafts a deeply human story about memory, regret, resilience and redemption.

Having a kitchen fitted by Wickes can seriously damage your mental health 😦

[Todd Bowmaker @toddbowie9]

If only #DavidWood was a man of his word. Five months after a serious leak from a @Wickes bathroom installation, property remains severely damaged and Wickes deny any liability. @theofficialjvs Can you help at all?

[A K Biggins Writer @AKBigginsWriter]

@Wickes @HeardCustomer @toddbowie9 @TheOfficialJVS @BBC3CR @CitizensAdvice I did direct message you and have yet to hear back. Kitchen still not finished and my expectations of Wickes ever providing any customer service are slight. I see you also have a Customer Relations Department - well my relationship with Wickes is at an all time low 😂

[WICKES @Wickes]

@e__rose Hey, If you DM us we with the order details and more info we ca have a look into it further or you can contact our customer relations team at:

@HeardCustomer @toddbowie9 @Wickes @TheOfficialJVS @BBC3CR @CitizensAdvice Wickes have absolutely no understanding of what customer service service is.

[Never Heard of Customer service @HeardCustomer]

@toddbowie9 @Wickes @TheOfficialJVS @BBC3CR @CitizensAdvice [email protected] , if you end up speaking to Karen Larking, head of customer relations, she is useless

[A K Biggins Writer @AKBigginsWriter]

Anyone thinking of having Wickes install a kitchen for them - my advice would be DON'T!

[A K Biggins Writer @AKBigginsWriter]

I am in total agreement - Wickes customer service is appalling.

[Fiona Treaton @Fionatreaton]

We cannot afford to take any more time off work in the hope that they will turn up. Shame on you Wickes for your incompetent sub contractors and atrocious customer service!

[A K Biggins Writer @AKBigginsWriter]

@Fionatreaton Totally agreed - they clearly do not have any understanding of customer service.
