This last Saturday community members came to Ash’Kara Boulder to rally in support of the fired Organizing Committee members and workers trying to organize for a union. Illegally fired workers have asked Josh Dinar to reinstate them and he continues to refuse to do so.

My name is Kade and I have been working at Ash' Kara for 8 months. In August, some coworkers and I noticed that everybody's pay was starting to decline, so we decided to investigate why, and what we found prompted us to make the decision to form a Union.

I was treated poorly, left off the schedule, and now I fear that I may soon be fired. I love working at Ash' Kara and have made many close friends, many of whom I hope to keep in my life forever. I want this Union because I want to see them relieved of the stress of barely 5/6
