That’s what they are gunning for. Make an abstract statement on excommunication for the laity so they don’t read the full text that they can still go to the SSPX for mass. Install Bishops that suppress the TLM in their diocese, don’t grant Bishops to the Ecclesia Dei societies, and make them celebrate the NO. They want to get rid of the TLM this way because they know they can’t abrogate it thanks to Pope St. Pius V.

Im not saying public display of faith is bad or even that a group rosary in public is bad (I help lead a Men’s Rosary). Its when you do as the muslims do where they take up space and pray individually that Jesus says we shouldn’t do. Im not disagreeing with your premise, I just don’t want Christian to copy what the Muslims do because they pray like the Pharisees.
