Tomorrow the national minimum wage increases to £10.42ph. This means that under current funding arrangements, our year 3s earn under the national minimum wage. £10.30 ph providing an essential service for LAs. Something has to change! @scotgov

In year 3, for £13700 we work 0.8 - with our own caseloads, providing an essential service to young people, families & schools. We teach practitioners they must be regulated to help regulate others - while we operate under immense financial pressures impacting our mental health..
